Unlike glass molds, the glaze of ceramic molds remains permanently beautiful as no food residue is baked in. Unlike coated metal moulds, glazed ceramic contains no harmful substances that can outgas at high temperatures. In addition, glazed ceramic is completely scratch and cut resistant and dissipates the heat of your food significantly slower than aluminium.
